Ignite Kettlebells
One of our original classes at Box21 Fitness; Kettlebells is the perfect all rounder, full body workout. Accessible for all levels of fitness as you are able to customise the difficulty of each class with our range of 6kg-20kg kettlebell weights
Our highly skilled trainers have lots of experience in kettlebells. In a kettlebells class, you can expect to go through the basics of kettlebells, as well as learning some of the more advanced moves as you progress through classes.

BoxFIT X
Our BoxFIT sessions include a combination of boxing on bags, pad work rounds with the coaches, body weighted exercises and strength and conditioning stations. You will learn the fundamentals of boxing, correct techniques from trained boxing coaches who will train you to an advanced level of boxing.

Box2Circuits
Box2Circuits is a high intensity, high calorie burning class which includes a combination of boxing and circuit stations. Includes boxing on the bags and a circuit consisting of strength and conditioning exercises, as well as a 1-2-1 pad round from the coach.
SweatBOX
This is Box 21s Saturday SweatBOX, be prepared to SWEAT!
The session is a combination of boxing on bags, pad work rounds with the coaches, body weighted exercises and strength and conditioning stations.
You will learn the fundamentals of boxing, correct techniques from trained boxing coaches, who will train you to an advanced level of boxing.
Hot Rocket Yoga
A powerful, heat-fuelled workout style yoga class that builds strength, flexibility, and focus.
Expect a fast paced, breath led flow inspired by Rocket Yoga…strong enough for fitness lovers, authentic enough for yogis.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a whole-body workout in a room heated to 38-40°C. It’s the perfect balance of mind, body, strength, flexibility... and great music.
The class is good fun and you’ll laugh a lot, but it’s also incredibly effective. With regular attendance you’ll start to notice a difference after just a few weeks.
Inferno Hot Pilates is zero-impact. There's no running or jumping around, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. You will sweat a lot so don’t forget to bring plenty of water.

Sculpt & Sweat
Sculpt & Sweat is a dynamic full body workout combining kettlebell strength training with Inferno-style hot Pilates for the ultimate fusion of strength, core conditioning, and cardio fitness.
Performed in a heated studio environment, this energising 60-minute class blends powerful kettlebell sequences with low-impact Pilates-based movements designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge the entire body.
Expect a motivating sweat-filled session focused on muscular endurance, core stability, mobility, and functional movement, leaving you feeling stronger, leaner, and energised.
Suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided throughout the class to increase or reduce intensity.
