Classes at Box21 Fitness

We offer a range of exciting classes including our popular BoxFit, Kettlebells and circuit classes. Each class is guided by a highly skilled and experienced Box21 coach, and all levels of fitness are welcome.

 

In our boxing classes, you will learn the fundamentals of boxing and correct techniques from trained boxing coaches. This class includes body weighted exercises and strength and conditioning stations. During these classes, there's opportunity to get a round of padding in with the boxing coach.

Personal Training

We offer personal training designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

 

Our private setting allows for one-on-one guidance without the distractions you may experience in a public gym. We are also able to assist with personalised nutrition plans constructed around your preferences and lifestyle.
